We are a full service appraisal firm licensed in Wisconsin and Michigan. Our full time staff offers old fashioned service by personally answering phone calls, having the latest technology and software to electronically transmit reports, and receive orders.

Our offices are located in a restored Chicago & Northwestern Railroad Depot in downtown Rhinelander. The depot was moved from its original location in Monico, WI to our location in Rhinelander in the mid 80's and restored. Rhinelander's central location allows us to efficiently complete orders in every direction.

We subscribe to 4 listing services and a database that posts every sale/transfer in the State of Wisconsin. This allows us to have more comparable sales to use to meet underwriting demands.

We will provide appraisals for Residential and Commercial properties. There are FHA and VA approved appraisers in the office. We have a Certified General appraiser available for larger commercial properties.
